Went to go get my fingerprints done and I was very pleasantly surprised how easy, safe, and professional it was. Arletha is the one that did my fingerprints and she greeted me at the building door as I approached so I didn’t even have to search for the suite or feel lost. She took care of me from the very start and was super friendly, patient, and professional while ensuring safety. She guided me through the sign-in process and explained everything in detail before, during, and after fingerprinting and made the whole process very easy and relaxing and even offered me drinks and snacks afterwards. I have a fantastic experience getting livescan services for Florida real estate licensing. The tech was very knowledgeable and explained the process perfectly. When I had a question the next day, my call was immediately returned, even though it wasn't during their business hours. They later followed up as a courtesy to let me know when the status had changed to make sure I was well informed of the progress.
