You exceeded my expectations and have given me a new appreciation and respect for the background and fingerprinting solutions market.

I had a great experience with OnePointe Alliance! I had to get my fingerprints done for my license, and the instructions say that they have to be done by law enforcement authority. What OnePointe Alliance does is equivalent to what law enforcement authorities would do, which was super important for me because most law enforcement places don’t provide that service anymore due to COVID.
Arletha did an amazing job! She is detail oriented, organized, and very friendly. She gave me clear instructions and helped me all the way. I highly recommend this place for any fingerprinting and/or identification related services!

Mr.Travis did a great job with assisting and made me feel very comfortable throughout the process! Keep up the Good work! And most importantly during these times they provided a very clean and organized environment.

I could not have had a better experience with OnPointe. Their customer service is unmatched. They are genuinely kind and they make the process as enjoyable as it could be. They were incredibly informative when I called and asked questions about the process, and everything was perfectly organized when I attended my appointment. I highly recommend for fingerprinting services. I had Travis and he is a wonderful technician! Bonus - the office is stunning.

I didn’t know what to expect getting fingerprinted but Travis made it a fun and seamless experience! He was very knowledgeable, helpful and easy to talk to. Definitely recommend coming here for fingerprints and some good laughs!

For a task that’s tedious, Travis made it a calming and relaxing! He thoroughly explained how the process of fingerprinting would go and executed it efficiently. I never felt like he was twisting or turning my fingers so that it hurt me and the conversation we had was very pleasant. Went to go get my fingerprints done and I was very pleasantly surprised how easy, safe, and professional it was. Arletha is the one that did my fingerprints and she greeted me at the building door as I approached so I didn’t even have to search for the suite or feel lost. She took care of me from the very start and was super friendly, patient, and professional while ensuring safety. She guided me through the sign-in process and explained everything in detail before, during, and after fingerprinting and made the whole process very easy and relaxing and even offered me drinks and snacks afterwards. Thank you! And I am so glad they are available on the weekend! I recommend this place for anyone who needs fingerprints done!

Travis is a very nice, personable and professional man. From his first "hello", he set the expectations and guided my every step. He and his office were welcoming and I really appreciate how he did not treat me as if I was supposed to know what to do. I followed his rules and passed his memory test...lol.
