All payment arrangements are expected to be honored as agreed. There is a 5-day grace period for late payments. After 7 days of delinquency, access to the learning material will be denied until payments are caught up. There will be a $25 charge for all chargebacks.

* Certification:
To complete certification, all requirements per the curriculum must be fulfilled.

REFUNDS: All payments are non-refundable:

* Once the course is activated meaning "logged into".
* Requested after 48 hours of initiation of payment.
